A genuine community. A place where like minded people come together with a common goal.  If you are new to the sport, or find the idea of the large so-called fitness centers daunting or intimidating, or just need a helping hand on training or nutrition, advice will be freely available from owner and competitive bodybuilder Kevin Hopwood and also the very knowledgeable Mike Wright.  Kevin has competed in the 2007 UKBFF SOUTHCOAST finishing 3rd senior over 40, 2007 NABBA WEST BRITAIN 2nd over 40, 2007 STARS OF TOMORROW 3rd Senior over 50, and finishing 4th senior over 50 in the NABBA NOVICE BRITIAN, In 2008 he took first place to become MR SOLENT CITY OVER 50 and MR SOUTH WEST BRITIAN OVER 50. 2009 saw Kevin retain his MR SOLENT CITY OPEN OVER 50 TITLE. At national level he took 2ND place in the BRITISH MASTERS and narrowly missed out on qualifying to represent britian in the NAC UNIVERSE FINISHING 3RD OVER 50 in the NAC BRITISH OPEN All of this was achieved with only 3 years training following the advice and guidance of Mike who finished 3rd in the 2007 STARS OF TOMORROW senior over 40s class after 13 years away from competition. Mike has a wealth of experience and expertise with achievements to numerous to list at  both local and national level.
