Most people involved in bodybuilding these days openly admit to using steroids if they do so. It is no secret that as we age our production of testosterone decreases. It can however be coaxed and manipulated to produce its optimum amount without the use of anabolic steoids with the use of natural substances. If anyone needs totally unbias advise on any aspect of training, diet, supplements or even steroid use I am happy to help. Any advise will be purly my opinion following years as a competetive bodybuilder. Far better to be informed and safe than just running ahead blindly.
